By accessing the Menium application (\u201cwe,\u201d \u201cour,\u201d or \u201cus\u201d), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the application.<\/p>\n

1. Acceptance of Terms<\/strong><\/em>
\nBy creating an account and using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy. These terms may be updated at any time. It is your responsibility to review them regularly for any changes.<\/p>\n

2.\tAccount Creation<\/strong><\/em>
\nTo use Menium\u2019s features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.<\/p>\n

3. Use of the Application<\/strong><\/em>
\nThe application allows you to digitize, organize, and share recipes. You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and not to infringe upon the rights of others or disrupt the proper functioning of the application.<\/p>\n

a. Specific Prohibitions:
\n\u2022 Do not use the application for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
\n\u2022 Do not upload offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.
\n\u2022 Do not attempt to breach security or access another user\u2019s data without authorization.<\/p>\n

4.\tUser Content<\/strong><\/em>
\nWhen you upload recipes, photos, or any other content to the application (\u201cUser Content\u201d), you retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share it according to your privacy settings.
\nYou are solely responsible for the content you upload and ensure that you have the necessary rights to share it.<\/p>\n

Termination<\/strong><\/em>
\nWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the application at any time, without notice, in the event of a violation of these Terms of Use or for any other legitimate reason.
\nYou can also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.<\/p>\n

6.\tSubscription and Payment<\/strong><\/em>
\nCertain features of Menium are available through paid subscriptions. The payment terms, including fees, subscription periods, and cancellation policies, will be communicated to you prior to subscription.<\/p>\n

a. Subscription cancellation:
\nYou can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access to the subscription features will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining period.<\/p>\n

7.\tData Protection<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Your use of the application is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data.<\/p>\n

By using Menium, you agree to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n

Menium also uses third-party services, including Google for secure user authentication, as well as AWS (Amazon Web Services), Microsoft Azure, Anthropic, and OpenAI to power certain technical features.<\/p>\n

All these partners are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your data and use it solely to perform the services they provide.<\/p>\n

8.\tIntellectual Property<\/strong><\/em>
\nAll content, trademarks, logos, graphics, and other materials provided by Menium are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, or use these elements without our written permission.<\/p>\n

9.\tLiability and Warranty<\/strong><\/em>
\nWe make every effort to ensure that the application operates correctly, but we do not guarantee that the application will be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions.
\na. Limitation of liability:
\nWe shall not be liable for any loss or damages, direct or indirect, resulting from the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to loss of data or service interruptions.<\/p>\n

10. Changes to the Terms<\/strong><\/em>
\nWe reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time.\nBy continuing to use the application after any changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.<\/p>\n

\nThese Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.\nAny dispute related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.<\/p>\n
